Mission Statement
The mission of Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons is to provide comprehensive plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgical services of the highest standard to all those we serve. It is our ongoing commitment to provide an environment of comfort and safety, and to treat each patient with respect, dignity and compassion.
Our Physicians
Dr. Laurence Baibak, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a cum laude graduate of the University of Toledo, achieving both a B.S. in Computer-Oriented Mathematics and a B.S. in Biology. He earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo, where he completed both his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies before joining Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons, Inc. in 1992. Dr. C. Jeff Kesler, M.D., F.A.C.S., a native of Youngstown, Ohio, Dr. C. Jeff Kesler graduated “Summa cum laude" from Youngstown State University. He earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Dr. Kesler was certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1991, after completing general surgery training at the Swedish Hospital Medical Center in Seattle, Washington and then recertified as a Plastic surgeon in 2005. Dr. A. Thomas Dalagiannis, M.D., F.A.C.S., attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude earning dual degrees in Chemistry and History with minors in Biology and Photography. Dr. Dalagiannis went on to attend Wright State University in Dayton where he received his degree in medicine. He received his general surgery training at Fairview Health System in Cleveland, Ohio. Jean Meyer, Co-Director Arrowhead Surgical Center
With over 30 years of nursing knowledge, skill and understanding, Jean, RN, takes great pride in offering our surgery patients a safe, private and personal experience. With Jean, you know immediately that patient well-being is the only thing that matters! She is devoted to our patients, consulting with them before and after their surgery. It is with confidence that the Arrowhead Cosmetic Surgery Team and all of our surgical patients place their trust in her!

Diana, BS, RNFA, CNOR and CPSN (Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse) is a dynamic and dedicated mainstay at Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons. She loves sharing the patient’s path from “initial consultation” to “surgery” to “final outcome” and most times to “friend.” Diana’s compassion and warmth compliment her cosmetic surgery expertise!
Katie Eddy, Dr. Dalagiannis’ Nurse
Katie, LPN, and newlywed is known for her smile and caring heart. Extremely kind and matter of fact, Katie finds enormous satisfaction as she calmly guides the patients through the many details leading to a successful cosmetic surgery result. Dr. Dalagiannis will emphatically tell you how fortunate he is to have her leading his team!
Jane Williams, Dr. Baibak’s Nurse
Jane, LPN, is the much-loved core of Dr. Baibak’s cosmetic surgery practice. With methodical grace, soft spoken confidence, compassion and reassurance she answers the questions and concerns of every patient. After more than 10 years of working by his side, Jane beautifully reinforces Dr. Baibak’s conviction: Once a patient, you are family.
Connie Morey, Dr. Dalagiannis’ Scheduler
A valued veteran of Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons, Connie, Surgical Coordinator, is known for putting patients first. She shines in customer service etiquette and pays close attention to detail. Working closely with Dr. Dalagiannis, Connie’s success is reflected in her heart felt desire to go beyond what is expected in everything she does!
Denyse Vargas, Dr. Baibak’s Scheduler
Denyse is the able Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Laurence Baibak. Always willing to help, she pulls out all the stops to ensure a smooth transition between the patient’s first consultation and that greatly anticipated “cosmetic surgery day!” Denyse exemplifies high spirited energy…punctuated with an engaging giggle.
Dawn Burge, Dr. Kesler’s Scheduler
Taking great pride in offering attentive service, Dawn is the Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Jeff Kesler. Solution oriented, Dawn is an open and direct communicator. Patients esteem her as the “Go To” girl!” Accommodating, sympathetic and kind, she listens with her heart, offering patients information and advice in all aspects of their care.
Racha Naddaf , AVANTI & Special Events Manager; Cosmetic Scheduling Specialist
Racha is the resident skin care specialist and talented make-up artist at Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons. She’s a customer service standout when scheduling New Patient Cosmetic Consults or planning a special event! Whether on the phone or in person, Racha will make sure your experience at Arrowhead is a special and rewarding one.
