Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only.
Our normal office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday
through Friday. When making an appointment, please furnish our
medical receptionist with the reason for your visit and the nature
of your problem. This will allow us to reserve sufficient time for
your appointment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled
appointment, we do ask that you call our office as soon as
possible. This courtesy will allow us to serve another patient and
allow you to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
New patient appointments with one of our plastic surgeons will
typically be for a consultation only. If surgery is needed, it will
be scheduled for a future date. We strive to see all our patients
in a timely manner, but because of the complexity of patient needs
and the number of emergencies we see on a daily basis, some delays
may occur. We will strive to keep you informed if there may be a
delay.

Physician Referrals
Your
referral of a patient, family member or friend is the highest compliment
we can receive. We would be pleased to serve those whom you recommend
to us. We will keep you informed on the progress of your patient
referrals by fax, phone calls and letters as deemed appropriate. If you
have any special requests for your patient, please do not hesitate to
let a member of our staff know and we will be glad to accommodate your
needs.
