A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Dr. C. Jeff Kesler received his
undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University. He earned his
medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, graduating
in 1985. Dr. Kesler was certified by the American Board of Surgery
in 1991, after completing general surgery training at the Swedish
Hospital Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
He returned to Ohio to complete his plastic and reconstructive
surgery residency in Toledo at St.Vincent Mercy Medical Center and
Medical College of Ohio in 1992. Since then, Dr. Kesler has been a
successful practicing plastic surgeon. He joined Arrowhead Plastic
Surgeons in 1995.
Board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Kesler
performs a wide variety of cosmetic surgical procedures. He
specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, total body contouring,
breast augmentation/rejuvenation, and cancer reconstruction.
Working extensively with a local trauma center, Dr. Kesler
coordinates with teams of trauma professionals to provide plastic
and reconstructive care for severely/critically injured patients.
Dr. Kesler has practicing privileges for inpatient procedures at
most Toledo area hospitals. He is section chief of plastic surgery
at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center and acting section head of
plastic and reconstructive surgery at St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee.
Most outpatient procedures are performed at the practice's Arrowhead
Surgical center. This medical facility is fully staffed and equipped
for safe and comfortable outpatient surgeries.
Dr. Kesler is active in several national and local medical
societies, including the American Society of Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Kesler's hobbies are flying, golf,
skiing, and hiking.
