Sue Moffett, Billing Manager

Sue is responsible for all billing issues. With 20 years of experience, she will give you personal attention and answer financial questions regarding surgery and financing options. The unseen motto over her desk: Service of the highest quality offered here. I strive to make a difference!

Linda Palmer, Pre and Post Op Nurse, Arrowhead Surgical Center

Linda, RN, takes great pride in offering our surgery patients a safe, private and personal experience. With Linda, you know immediately that patient well-being is the only thing that matters. She is devoted to our patients, consulting with them before and after their surgery. It is with confidence that the Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons team and all of our surgical patients place their trust in her.

Diana Korsog, Director Arrowhead Surgical Center & Dr. Kesler’s Nurse

Diana, BS, RNFA, CNOR and CPSN (Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse) is a dynamic and dedicated mainstay at Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons. She loves sharing the patient’s path from “initial consultation” to “surgery” to “final outcome,” and most times to “friend.” Diana’s compassion and warmth complement her cosmetic surgery expertise.

Julie Williams, Dr. Dalagiannis’ Nurse

Julie, RN, has more than 35 years of nursing knowledge, skill and understanding. She is known for her methodical grace, soft spoken confidence and compassion. Extremely kind, Julie finds enormous satisfaction as she calmly guides the patients through the many details leading to a successful cosmetic surgery result. Dr. Dalagiannis will emphatically tell you how fortunate he is to have her leading his team.

Kandis Schoenfeld, Dr. Baibak’s Nurse

Kandis, LPN, with her warm smile and caring heart is the eyes and ears of Dr. Baibak’s cosmetic surgery practice. She answers the questions and concerns of every patient. Closely at his side, Kandis beautifully reinforces Dr. Baibak’s conviction: Once a patient, you are family.

Connie Morey, Dr. Dalagiannis’ Scheduler

Very valued at Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons, Connie, our surgical coordinator, is known for putting patients first. She shines in customer service etiquette and pays close attention to detail. Working closely with Dr. Dalagiannis, Connie’s success is reflected in her heartfelt desire to go beyond what is expected in everything she does.

Barb Delventhal, Dr. Baibak’s Scheduler

Barb is the delightful surgical coordinator for Dr. Laurence Baibak. Always willing to help, she ensures a smooth transition between the patient’s first consultation and that greatly anticipated cosmetic surgery day. Barb exemplifies a beautiful spirit… punctuated with an engaging personality.

Dawn Burge, Dr. Kesler’s Scheduler

Taking great pride in offering attentive service, Dawn is the surgical coordinator for Dr. Jeff Kesler. Solution oriented, Dawn is an open and direct communicator. Patients esteem her as the “go-to” girl. Accommodating, sympathetic and kind, she listens with her heart, offering patients information and advice in all aspects of their care.

Amy Mastriciano, Medical Aesthetician, AVANTI

Amy is the resident skin care specialist at Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons. She is extremely knowledgeable in skin care products and loves to watch the incredible results produced by a personalized skin care regimen. She’s a customer service standout whether on the phone or in person. Amy will make sure your experience at Avanti is a special and rewarding one.

Karen Wilson, Administrator

Karen's role is to pave the way for patients to realize their dreams.
