Dr. A. Thomas Dalagiannis joined the practice of Arrowhead Plastic Surgeons in July of 2000. As one of the region’s top plastic surgeons, Dr. Dalagiannis has expertise in breast lifts and augmentation, face lifts, eyelid surgery, liposuction, tummy tucks and laser skin resurfacing. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Dr. C. Jeff Kesler graduated Magna Cum Laude from Youngstown State University. He earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, graduating in 1985. After completing General Surgery training at Swedish Hospital Medical Center in Seattle, Washington he returned to Toledo, Ohio to complete his plastic and reconstructive surgical residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center and The Medical College of Ohio.
