What is an Arm Lift?
An arm lift reduces and removes excess skin and fat from the upper arm while reshaping and toning for a smoother, tighter, and more youthful appearance.
Benefits of Arm Lift
- Shorter treatment times!
- Fewer treatments needed! We can now do the equivalent of 4 treatments in only 1 session.
- Larger treatment areas! We can now target larger zones of unwanted fat.
- Greater depth and heat! By increasing the depth and heat patients are seeing significantly more fat reduction and skin tightening. Studies show a 24% fat reduction after a single, 1-hour treatment.
How is an Arm Lift Performed?
An arm lift is performed under anesthesia, and the type of anesthesia given will be decided by your doctor.
Next, an incision is made. The size and pattern of the incision are based on how much skin is being removed. Incisions will usually go on the inner side of the arm and may extend up to the underarm area.
After the incisions are made, the skin is tightened and reshaped. The outer skin will then be smoothed over, and the skin will be stitched.
